A retired civil servant of repute. Sunday Garba BIGGS served in the service of Plateau State,Nigeria for about 20 years before voluntarily retiring to pursue his private business. In his dual responsibility as an administrator and a Protocol Officer he steadily rose to the post of Permanent secretary. Amongst the post he held while in service were, the state Director of Protocol, the state Permanent Secretary, Protocol (the first in the history of Plateau State Civil Service), Permanent secretary Government House and Permanent Secretary, special Duties. In the course of his duties, Biggs organised, supervised and participated in several sensitive assignments, tasks and Ad-hoc responsibilities such as the Swearing-in of the state Governors (three Governors), State Visit of Nigerian and foreign Presidents and dignitaries to Plateau state and severed in many committees on crises management and prevention.
